Hi Joan,

Its a pitty you can't read Dutch because on my website i wrote quit a bit about the 'inertia-series'. Inert i a term that comes from mechanics, a object is inert because of his mass it costs energy to move it. I invented a sort of land (or island) where people are seducted. It's a nice, comfortable place were you can lay down and forget your sorrows. But it comes at a high cost because you will loose yourself. You can sleep but will find no peace, because you don't really live, you are Inert not 'moved' anymore.
I hope this explains it a bit to you. Did you see i'm going to give a worshop drawing and journalling soon, maybe something for you or anybody you know?

best regards Danielle

4. Bring things up that were said, done, or thought years, months, or weeks ago. Get mad when they don't remember.

How to present yourself for a job interview? What kind of opportunities are there for your experience? At Together Abroad we offer you personal advice on your futur… Continue

Laughter Yoga was created by Dr. Madan Kataria (a physician from India) with his yoga teacher wife Madhuri in 1995.
Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama). Anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group but with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter.… Continue
